| Charlotte F Body Club By-Laws and Event Policies For ALL Members |
Basic Policies:
1. CFC is a non-profit organization.
2. CFC does not discriminate against race, sex, religion, or national origin.
3. CFC does expect from all members and family to conduct themselves in a Respectable
Adult manner.
4. Proper driving conduct is expected at all times and having a Valid Drivers License, Current
Registration, State Inspection and Valid Insurance to Uphold our Clubs Image in the Public.
Membership Policies:
1. Member must own (valid registration in your name) some model of an F-body.
2. Membership is $29.00 per year Non refundable membership.
3. Membership renewal will be the first of February each year.
4. Termination of membership will occur for nonpayment of dues one month after renewal date.
5. Any member may be expelled for violating any of the club rules or for other reasons if
determined by the club officers. Before such action is taken, the member shall be notified of
the violation(s) and have the opportunity to submit in writing or in person, his/her position
on the violations against him/her.
Auto Fair Event Policies:
1. Lowes Motor Speedway Auto Fair Pass Fees are NON REFUNDABLE! No Exceptions!
2. You MUST attend BOTH Days, ALL Day, No Exceptions Allowed. Rain, Shine or Sleet Both
Days, please make sure you are there. We can not allow any exceptions at all on this rule.
3. No One day passes at all. Only our two day passes are available from now on.
4. If you do not show up on time, you will be disqualified from having your car judged.
5. If for some reason you leave or don't show, You will be removed from judging ASAP and not
be allowed to attend any future Auto Fair Events with the Charlotte F Body Club.
6 You must Attend on a Charlotte F Body Club Pass only or you WILL NOT Be JUDGED!
7. Only CAR CLUB MEMBERS Automobiles will be Judged, so make sure you are a Club Member.
8. These rules must be followed at ALL times. No Exceptions will be made!
Rules:
1. Absolutely no street racing.
1st offense - warning 2nd offense - kicked out of club
2. No burnouts at cruise-ins, car shows, or other CFC events unless its the Dragstrip.
1st offense - warning 2nd offense - $100 fine 3rd offense - kicked out
3. No Drugs or Alcohol (Beer, Wine, etc) of any kind at any CFC event.
1st offense - Zero Tolerance - kicked out of club.
4. No Weapons, Guns, Knives, or anything of this Nature allowed in your car or on any club
member at anytime. Safety is everyone's responsibility at our events.
5. No littering at any CFC event.
1st offense - warning 2nd offense - $10 fine 3rd offense - kicked out
6. No discrimination against race, sex, religion, or national origin.
1st offense - warning 2nd offense - kicked out of club
7. No Pets at any CFC events, unless authorized by the Club Officers.
8. If your a member and have a Back Window Club Decal, you must abide by ALL Street
And Laws, plus Clubs Rules and Regulations. You represent our club and we will not tolerate
any misconduct while you are a member and representing our car club. Please abide by all
laws. Immediate dismissal from the club if we are notified, see or otherwise hear about any
misconduct.
9. Parents with young children please keep a watch on your children for their safety and
remember to watch them, at any and all of our events .
10. Please remember to respect ALL club members automobiles.
11. Please do not Drink and Drive for your safety and the safety of others around you.
12. Please have RESPECT for other members at this and every event. These events are for
everyone's enjoyment, so Please be kind and courteous to other members. There is a ZERO
TOLERANCE for members not Respecting Others and Others Property!!
13. No Club POLITICS. This club is for fun and enjoyment.
14. No Profanity of any type permitted! Young kids are present, be on your best behaviors.
15. Please Dress appropriately to uphold our Family Oriented Club Image.
16. If you have a Club Decal on your vehicle, you represent the Club in the Publics Eye. If you are
found to Represent the Club in a Negative, Penalties could include Dismissal from the club.
17. If club officers deem any member to be unfit, that member can be expelled at any time.
18. Please be careful when smoking around members automobiles.
19. If any club member makes Charges/Accusations against any other club member, they need to
provide witnesses and/or evidence proving their claim. If they are making false accusations or
defamation of character or any libel accusations, they will be dismissed immediately.
20. Members must respect each other on the Internet in general and if any member brings
evidence of disrespect in any way, shape or form, they will be dismissed immediately , as any
behavior that is negative against any Club Member, Members Car or etc will not be tolerated.
Please remember that the rules are to make the club safe, fun and enjoyable.
